Peripheral Nerve

The peripheral nervous system (PNS) consists of nerves outside the brain and spinal cord that connect the central nervous system (CNS) to the rest of the body. It plays a crucial role in transmitting sensory, motor, and autonomic signals between the CNS and various organs, muscles, and tissues. Peripheral nerve conditions can disrupt these functions, leading to pain, weakness, or loss of sensation.
